reaper and proremote le with faderpack1

hello,

I just bought proremote le with faderpack1 and transport to
use with reaper and live.
In live I follow the online instructions and all is fine (grat app
thanks!).

with reaper I am getting troubles: proremote faders
duplicate. I never have the possibility to control both 16
channels in horizontal view on ipad. it's either a duplication
of channels 1-8 or if I move right using the arrow right hand
side I get a duplication of channels 9-16 on the screen. so
that's either 1-8 twice or either 9-16 twice on the ipad
screen.

using proremote in vertical view, the only way to get to
reaper faders 9-16 scrolling with the arrows on the ipad. I
can also flick through the mixer with finger motion but then i
get duplication of faders again (1-8 or 9-16 depending on
which one i chose with the arrows).

in pref/plug-ins/controle surfaces I choose mackie control
universal and "port1" for midi input and output. then i add
mackie control extender on "port2" for midi in and out.

Am I doing anything wrong? (I am no midiman at all!)

Thanks

Francois

edit: sorry i realize i put my question it in the wrong topic...

What you are doing is correct but also be sure to set the "Surface offset (tracks)"
properly:
- Mackie Control (dev 0,0) - Surface Offset should be 0
- Mackie Control Extended (dev 1,1) - Surface Offset should be 8
- Mackie Control Extended (dev 2,2) - Surface Offset should be 16
- Mackie Control Extended (dev 3,3) - Surface Offset should be 24

That should make it work properly for you.
