Logic Pro 9 Not Working

Well, I was SUPER excited to get the app! I got it all installed,
and opened Logic...
I did the scan, and got the Mackie Control surfaces added into a
group, as planned. I set up the stuff according to the picture on
the website... It didn't work.
So, I found a topic on here, with someone with the same
problem. I reset all the controll surface stuff, and the MIDI
driver stuff. Still, the problem persists! I've done it over and
over again!
Now, it doesn't automatically add the control surfaces. Instead, I
add the manually...
What can I do?!
By the way, I'm on Mountain Lion, and Logic Pro 9.1.7.

Sorry to hear it didn't work! Most likely the cause of the
problem is with the MIDI configuration file or with Logic. Either
way it should be easy to resolve. Why don't you contact our
support so we can help you get it done quickly?
