I have latest version of App on my Ipad2 and latest Server
installed on my MacPro 8 Core running OSX 10.7.5 and
Protools 10HD.

Protools is connected to ipad, i can see meters, faders, track
names, the transport changes when i press play/rec on
computer but nothing works the other way, iPad will not
control any function of protools. i only have 1st 8 channels
(1 HUI) activated in PT as if i try and add any more the iPad
loses ALL connection and sees nothing at all.

Any advise please? thanks

I have ProRemote Server Port 1 selected as the receive and
send - if i select any other the iPad loses all comms with
protools completely.

I would contact our tech support as this is probably a configuration
problem.

The easiest thing to do is contact our tech support. If you only receive data but can't remote
control your DAW it is usually because you are either using an old version or a pirated version. It is
pretty rare that network troubles cause one-way communication so if you have the latest version, hit
up our tech support to get your problem solved. If you are testing out a pirated version, please
understand that we intentionally limit how the app works to encourage users to purchase a legal
copy of the app.

You can send an email to our tech support directly from within ProRemote or ProRemote LE. Just go
to the preferences screen and click on the version information cell at the bottom of the screen. Then
click the "Email us" button. Sending from within ProRemote has the benefit of collecting your
application version data which we usually need in order to provide tech support.

Hope that helps...
