Hello, I am a new user and I have 2 critical problems using
proremote in Logic.
1) On the transport of proremote whenever I press the stop
button while playing or recording, the time cursor always
return to the start position on the song. This make my life
difficult and proremote useless for me.
Is there any fuction to solve this?
2) In a logic project with more than 8 tracks, whenever I arm
the record ready for a track, for example track 1, in the same
time arm automatically track 9, track 17 etc.
Is there anyway to avoid this?
Thank you.

It sounds like a configuration problem. You should contact tech
support so we can straighten out your setup. Both problems will go
away as a result. Only the RTZ key will send you back to song start
once properly configured.

Really it was a configuration problem that now has been
fixed.

Thank you
