Hi everyone,

I bought ProRemote a few months ago and I purchased the upgrade"unlock all features". The problem is that I currently have no access to other features but the default one (from the lite edition). I'm hesitating to download the full version directly or to download the upgrade again, because i'm afraid to have to pay it again.

Is any of you had that problem to ? and if so, how did you fix it ?

Did you reinstall ProRemote LE on your device? If you need to get back the
features you unlocked, you will need to purchase them again-- You won't get
charged again as long as you are signed into the original iTunes account you
used to upgrade from.

I didn't reinstall it before realizing I didn't have the full version, i thought it would fix the problem. Now i'll try to unlock the features again with the same Itunes account.

I just purchased the full upgrade on iPad, all good so far.

When opening up proremote lite on my iphone I was expecting to see
no price tag beside the upgrade option on the iPhone. As above if I
"re-purchase" the upgrade on my iphone will I be charged again or
not? Not sure if I only upgraded the iPad app or all my versions of
proremote lite.

Any ideas?

All of the upgrades in ProRemote LE are one time purchases. This means that no matter
how many times you try to purchase it again, you will only be charged once.

To get the upgrade on your iPhone, just purchase the same upgrade again. Just be sure
you use the same iTunes account that you upgraded from originally. In our upcoming
release, there is a "restore purchases" button which will make this a little less stressful
once released.
