"Communication Problem, can´t connect to Proremoteserver

incoming connections and you are running the latest version

The point is that I do not have activated my firewall, as
always, so my computer allows every incoming connection,
all connections are activated. By the way, I have the latests
Pro remote server version installed and running (version
2.5.0.1192). For this reason I do not understand what is
going on here...., I have another software like "Remote HD",
that allows you to control the whole computer, you can see,
for example, your desktop, and it uses my wifi configuration
in order to connect to the same computer, and I do not have
any problem with it.
When I try to enter manually the IP address a message saying
"could not conected to the computer" appears in the screen...
I am now mixing an important proyect and I need asap an
answer.
Thank you in advance
